Can I wear the jewelry in the shower?

Yes! Our stainless steel jewelry is water-resistant, so you can wear it in the shower, at the gym, or at the beach.

However, if the piece includes additional elements such as charms, pendants, stones, pearls, or decorative details, extra care is recommended, as these parts may not be fully waterproof.

To help preserve your jewelry, rinse and dry it after exposure to saltwater or chlorine.

Will the jewelry lose its color or tarnish?

No - our stainless steel jewelry is designed to resist tarnishing, rust, and discoloration.

With everyday wear, it keeps its shine and appearance far better than plated metals.

However, if the piece includes additional elements such as charms, pendants, stones, pearls, or decorative details, extra care is recommended, as these parts may not be fully resistant to water.

Can I order a different size than the one listed in the product description?

If the size listed in the product description doesn’t suit you, I can make small adjustments to the length.

If you would like to shorten or extend the piece by around 2–3 cm, simply leave a note in the additional information box during checkout.

However, if you would like more significant changes or a much longer extension, please contact me first via Instagram or by email at agonyangel.contact@gmail.com.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes - stainless steel is generally skin-friendly and suitable for most people with sensitive skin.

However, if you have severe metal allergies or specific sensitivities, we recommend consulting your dermatologist before use.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you make custom jewelry?

Yes - I do offer custom-made jewelry. If you have a specific idea, design, or personal request, feel free to contact me before placing your order.

Check out our Custom Orders section for more information and details about custom orders.

Is each piece made to order?

Yes - most of our jewelry is made to order, which means the production time can take up to 14 days plus shipping time.

If you need something urgently, feel free to contact me on Instagram or via email, and I’ll let you know whether the piece is available immediately or if I’m able to make it faster.

What if my jewelry breaks?

If the jewelry gets damaged, we offer a lifetime warranty for repairs.

Please contact us via Instagram or email and describe the situation, and we will take care of it.

Will the jewelry turn my skin green?

No - our jewelry will not turn your skin green.

We use high-quality stainless steel, which keeps its color, does not tarnish or blacken, and does not stain the skin.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry in the best possible condition, we recommend storing it separately from other pieces, ideally in its own small container or the box it arrives in.

After wearing, you can gently clean it with a soft cloth.

Avoid direct contact with strong chemicals, perfumes, or household cleaning products, and store it in a dry place when not in use.

Honestly speaking, I’ve tested the jewelry in different conditions, and as long as it is made of stainless steel without additional charms, pendants, or decorative elements, it should not get damaged even with exposure to perfumes or cosmetics.

However, if you want to be completely safe and extend its perfect condition for as long as possible, it’s still best to follow the care recommendations above.
